At Twinings, we want you to be completely satisfied with your tea experience. If your order arrives damaged or is not what you expected, you can return unopened items within 30 days for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Contact Customer Support

  Reach out to our team via email or phone with your order number and the reason for your return to obtain a Return Authorization.

  Prepare Your Package

  Ensure the tea tins or boxes are unopened and in their original packaging, then securely pack them into a shipping box to prevent damage.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided return label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location to be sent back to our warehouse.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once we receive and inspect your returned items, we will process a refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
